We are the only professional outdoor movie company in NW Florida...
Our sole focus and specialty is outdoor cinema. Don't rely on imitators who may offer outdoor cinema as an add-on to their many other services. Their equipment is fine for backyard movies, but it is not professional cinema. . We are the ONLY company in our region that uses the same equipment that Hollywood studios trust for their outdoor premieres and festivals. Our screens and system produce professional cinema events, where watching a movie outdoors gives you the same experience as going to the movies, and the quality is not lost. All of our fees include set up, operation and take down of our equipment. We would also be more than happy to provide you with references from some of our clients. The outdoor movie experience we provide is cinema quality. It's pretty amazing, and your audience will be very impressed :)

Projection and Quality! Our screens are matched with a projector with the right features and brightness, and are high definition compatible. Your movie will be stunning on screen. Speaking of screens... beware of inflatable screen rentals offering screens that are made of the same materials that bouncy houses are made of, where 50% of the quality of a films image is lost in projection. These screens are fine for backyard movies, but they are not professional cinema. Our screens offer professional theatrical surfaces for projection. Their screens also tend to wrinkle and ripple in the wind. Our screens are rated for sustained winds up to 26 mph, and gusts up to 45 mph. We are proud to offer both value and sophistication.

Ah, yes. Another advantage of choosing Bluefish Outdoor Movies! If we are showing a movie on blu-ray, we run the dvd version simultaneously. If there is a scratch or imperfection in the blu-ray disc that causes the movie to skip or get stuck, we remedy the situation with the push of a button (literally) and switch over to dvd in a matter of seconds. Your movie continues with very little (if any) notice!
What about entertainment before the show?
We usually tap into our sound system and play family friendly music while the crowds gather prior to the movie. When the sun goes down, we can show sponsor ads, commercials or slide shows and seamlessly transition to the main event, your movie.
Do we have to buy a film license?
Unless you are showing a movie in your backyard, yes. You can't just set up a movie screen in public and hit the play button. We can help you obtain a license to legally show your film.
